Take part in R&D studies of cement additives; Formulate and prepare additives samples, Run cost analysis, Prepare cement for testing, Execute chemical tests on additives, Execute performance tests on paste, mortar or concrete, Report and document results as per corporate procedures. Run alternative raw materials search and tests, Take part in scale up production of cement additives, Take part in plant trials of cement additives, Follow relevant standards, corporate guidelines and update internal test methods accordingly if necessary, Develop new test methods, Cooperate with other departments; QC, production, planning, procurement, technical department, sales Cooperate with external stakeholders; Suppliers, cement producer Run literature work and patent search, Run calibration, verification and maintenance of lab equipment.

•  Plan and execute customer visits and sales activities to achieve annual sales targets and budget objectives, •  Conduct activities to increase the market awareness of products manufactured and/or sold by the company, •  Carry out the sales and marketing activities of Sika products, maintain knowledge of market shares in the region, and acquire new customers within the scope of the responsible department, •  Organize seminars in coordination with relevant departments to promote the products in regional provinces, •  Monitor collections from dealers and customers and provide periodic updates regarding payment status, •  Represent the company in the best possible way in all related public and private institutions within the region and conduct regular visits, •  Evaluate dealer and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, provide information flow to relevant departments, and resolve complaints, •  Monitor potential customers/projects in the region, determine pricing in coordination with BDKM, and prepare quotations, •  Conduct market segmentation for the responsible region.  

Participating in research and development activities for new products/raw materials, prepare laboratory samples, conduct experiments, and carry out reporting and documentation in line with corporate procedures, Taking part in trial productions, Monitoring relevant standards, implement them in the laboratory, and ensure internal test methods are updated accordingly, Conducting research to develop new experimental methods and instructions, Collaborating with departments such as Quality Control, Production/Planning, and Procurement, Conducting literature and patent research when necessary for ongoing R&D projects, Performing tests and verifications using relevant instruments and equipment, Carrying out Quality Control tests when needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, promoting health standards, and maintaining compliance with all legal and organizational regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Organize and deliver HSE training sessions for employees and management. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training activities. Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of safety and awareness. Prepare and submit detailed reports to management and regulatory authorities when required.
